1. If we haven’t already connected, please schedule a brief introductory call by emailing Medical@Prem4Biz.com and following up at 208-861-6488. I’ll provide a concise overview of how we support your clients — from contract manufacturing to supply chain and product execution — so you can confidently identify referral opportunities. 

2. Refer your client to me (via email : Medical@Prem4Biz.Com ) - We handle all commercial discussions, overseas partner coordination, qualification, negotiations, and execution.

3. Once your referral becomes a qualified client and signs a services/supply agreement with any of our vetted manufacturers, you earn a 30% of the commissions earned on that specific referred project, paid quarterly. 

4. Commission payments are made quarterly following receipt of funds from the referred client.

5. This referral program is non-exclusive — you are free to refer multiple clients, and there’s no restriction on who you can refer

• 30% recurring "Forever" commissions received by me on all new business generated from your referral. (after deducting applicable taxes, wire fees etc) -

• No hidden fees — commissions are based solely on revenue received by PremKumar Medical Innovations, USA from the specific referred project or engagement.

📋 Simple Referral Criteria

To qualify for the commission:
✔ You must submit the referral before I engage the company or opportunity.
✔ The referral must be a decision-making contact or company with genuine potential to engage in contract manufacturing or related services.
✔ Commissions are paid only after the referred business signs and pays for services/products sourced through our vetted companies.

🛠 Tracking & Transparency

All referrals will be logged, confirmed via email, and tracked in our system. You’ll receive regular updates on the status of your referral and estimated commission payouts.

Commission Payment Conditions

Referral commissions are contingent upon the receipt of commissions by PremKumar Medical Innovations USA (or its affiliated entities) from overseas manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers.

Because our commissions are dependent on the solvency, performance, and payment practices of international partners:

• Referral commissions are payable only on commissions actually received after deducting any taxes, fees, currency conversion charges

• If overseas partners delay, suspend, reduce, or discontinue commission payments for any reason, referral commission payments may likewise be delayed, reduced, or discontinued.

• Commission payments may cease without prior notice if upstream commission payments stop.

• PremKumar Medical Innovations USA shall not be liable for unpaid referral commissions resulting from non-payment, insolvency, restructuring, force majeure, or commercial disputes involving overseas partners.

• Commissions are paid only on the specific referred project or engagement introduced by the referring partner. Referral commissions do not apply to unrelated projects, expanded scopes, new product lines, or future engagements unless separately agreed in writing.
  
  

Commission Duration

“Forever commissions” are generally defined as commissions payable for up to seven (7) years from the date the referred project first generates commission revenue.

At the sole discretion of PremKumar Medical Innovations USA, commission payments may extend beyond seven (7) years where commercially appropriate.
